A two month women's circle to transform your relationship with nature and your nervous system.
June 5 - July 24
So tired that rest only barely restores you.
More reactive or withdrawn than you want to be.
Like your sense of aliveness has dimmed.
Many people think this is when you either push harder or give up.
Wise women know this is the time to fill the deep well inside.
You’ve been “on” for too long
You are a caregiver who often lacks restorative time
You love nature but feel a little disconnected
You are moving through grief and loss
You have a chronic health condition and need to build resilience
You’re not as lit up by life as you used to be
...The exquisite notes of a robin singing
...The setting sun filtering through the leaves
...The brilliance of flowers blooming
all become joyful doorways to reset your nervous system
Grounding - Be rooted in your local nature spot
Remembering Human Connection - See people as nature too
Awakening to the Sacred - Receive nature’s messages
Creating in Nature - Rekindle joy and playfulness
Embody Midlife Wisdom - Acknowledge the value of your life lessons
You'll be stepping into a circle where your unique physiology and life situation will be held and supported.
The six core circles introduce the G.R.A.C.E. practice themes with practical exercises, and experience shares.
The three optional practice sessions begin and end with brief check-ins, while most of the time is spent focusing on independent study.
In June, we will meet more frequently and in July the rhythm becomes more spacious, allowing time for supported integration.
You can attend as many or as few of the practice sessions as you want.
your body beginning to restore itself
more energy returning naturally
a renewed sense of interest and curiosity
a steadier way of meeting challenges
new ideas and perspectives that bring hope
And over time, something deeper returns.
A sense of connection to your life.
Moments that feel meaningful and alive again.
Space is limited to keep the group personal.
I have always been a lover of nature, but it was in my twenties and early thirties that I developed a deep foundation in the perception of the sacred — within myself and others. This came through living in meditation centers for over a decade, immersed in a disciplined spiritual practice that eventually led me toward healing work.
Today, my work weaves together body-based healing, creativity, and nature connection. I am a certified California Naturalist and have been deeply influenced by years studying nature connection with Jon Young.
As a Midlife Renewal Health Coach, I support women in navigating the challenges of aging while rediscovering the richness of this stage of life. I am also a certified Nutrition Consultant, CranioSacral and Acupressure Therapist, and have spent over 30 years working with women through major life transitions.
I live in the wild foothills east of Chico in Northern California, where the land continues to be my greatest teacher.
